Factors That Influence the Safe Disposal Behavior of E-Waste by Electronics Consumers

This study investigated the factors that influence safe disposal intention and behavior of consumers, considering mobile phone as an example. Specific hypotheses linking with support extant literature on theories reasoned action planned were developed. A questionnaire was designed based following factors: awareness, convenience, subjective norms, producer interventions, regulations intentions consumers in e-waste. The data collected by conducting a cross-sectional survey India. analyzed for descriptive statistics measurement properties further tested using partial least squares-structural equations modeling (PLS-SEM).
